BIPOLAR disorder is a serious life-long mental illness characterized by dramatic mood swing from mania to depression.

The mood switches from high to low and back again are dramatic and rapid, but more often they are gradual and slow, and intervals of normal mood may occur between the high (manic) and low (depressive) phases of the condition.

A very Happy New Year to everyone as we welcome 2010 with high spirits and positivism during which we anticipate another whirlwind of a life in the next 365 days, 8, 760 hours, 525, 600 minutes and 31, 536, 000 seconds.

You may be wondering who am I?

I am no simple neither your everyday normal guy who travels back and forth from the Metropolis and central region of Luzon.

I am friendly but the most crazy enemy you'll ever have, you'll curse me till the last pump of your blood.

I love clubbing, being in the middle of that certain sweaty crowd all drugged in loud hip-hop sounds at the same time tracing the streets of Manila alone at night.

I am a terrible romantic who writes sonnets and verses for someone I adore, yet I almost became a killer due to a tragic heartbreak.

I have an alarming libido yet lacks the courage to drag someone to sleep with me.

I am not a straight guy. You can call me gay, a fagot, bi..whatever that might occur to you I don't bleedin' care.

But don't ever call me crazy neither think that I am.
